While the summer is fabulous for all its lovely summery filled summeriness, it can leave as out of our synch with our prompts and routines to move and stretch and strengthen our bodies. So here is something from me to you to help keep you in tune and connected with your body’s muscles and joints!

Circle your arms and body as you strengthen your legs
Carving out time to exercise, stretch out your joints and strengthen your muscles, as well as ensuring your cardiovascular fitness is being challenged, is vital for your present and future health and wellbeing, but it doesn’t always happen.
However, bite size mini moves through your day can be incredibly valuable for your body when your routine and rhythm is lost.
So don’t give up on your body this summer if you’ve found yourself thinking you will start again in the autumn!
