Having listened carefully to the problems you are experiencing, a hands on, movement based assessment will be completed. Together we will work through the issues you face to help restore your health, for the life you live.

Through a series of videos covering all aspects of your body, regain confidence and belief in your body. Build strength, flexibility and balance control, safely, intuitively and effectively at your own pace, in your own home.

With the support of others, regain confidence and belief in your body. Be stronger, fitter, more flexible and balanced by understanding your body better, safely, intuitively, effectively.

Classes are small and I will ensure that individual attention is given to help everyone gain as much from the sessions as possible.

The programme focuses on your balance, flexibility and core strength.

There are many who choose to use Simply Move! as their weekly exercise commitment and enrol on subsequent courses. With each course the exercises vary but the underlying principles of improving posture, ease of movement, strength and flexibility are at the core of every programme.

Make Simply Move! part of your life to enable yourself to do more of what you want for longer!

Simply Fit!

Simply Fit! is designed to promote and improve your cardiovascular health and your physical strength with strong postural alignment. It is a small group based programme. I will accommodate your requirements and abilities to ensure the programme reflects and challenges your level of fitness.

Simply Fit! is for people who have a comfortable baseline of cardiovascular fitness and strength and wish to improve it safely. It’s never too late to be Simply Fit!

Monday classes 2 – 3pm
