Restore and maintain a strong and supple body with Rachel Kili, a specialist in exercise. Improve your strength flexibility and balance and fitness for greater health to live work and play.

Many of the exercises are specifically chosen to enable you to incorporate them in daily activities. Including corrective exercises as part of your day is an easy way to ensure you are moving more effectively more of the time. By doing this you are less likely to hurt yourself and more likely to improve strength and flexibility.

The programmes are complimented with exercise sheets and a workbook available to purchase enabling you to work independently should you wish.
